2. Booking & Payment:
Service requests must be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. Payments may be required before or after service, depending on the nature of work.

3. Cancellations:
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled by the customer up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. In case of no-show or last-minute cancellation, a service charge may apply.

4. Warranty:
We provide limited warranty on specific services and spare parts. Warranty details will be shared at the time of service.

5. Liability:
We shall not be held responsible for any indirect damages caused due to delayed service, product failures, or third-party involvement.

6. Modifications:
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.
